FISHING4COMPLIMENTS are a four piece indie/folk band. They formed around lead singer-songwriter’s Eileen’s original and enigmatic songs. They have created our own sound from a mix of influences including The Beatles, Tom Petty, Mark Knopfler, The Smiths and The Cranberries to name but a few. LAZY GIRLFRIEND is a new, experimental, original song trio formed through friendship featuring Ashely and Eileen from Fishing4Compliments alongside fellow songwriter Jo Nettleton of the former Weave-the band. The Long Nights are a four-piece band from Lancaster, taking inspiration from several country genres, including bluegrass, western swing and Americana, the band capture an old-time sound around a single mic, with soaring vocals and harmonies backed by guitar, banjo, fiddle and double bass. "Kath, Dick and JP have been friends and band- mates for years. They play and sing, traditional and contemporary, songs and tunes that are their personal favourites particularly from the Irish and Scottish traditions .
