This month we’re delighted to welcome PETER SPAFFORD \nPeter is a writer\, songwriter and broadcaster. He has written for radio\, theatre\,\nmusical theatre and opera. \nHis poetry collections so far are QUICK (Valley Press) and FRISK\n(Yaffle). His latest collection\, SUN TANKING was released by Yaffle Press in 2025. \nHe is also Director of Words at Chapel FM Arts Centre where he curates the annual WRITING\nON AIR festival and presents the weekly podcast LOVE THE WORDS. \nOPEN MIC \nWe supply the mic – you supply the poetry \nPut your name down for a 4 minute slot (first come\, first served) or just come along and listen. \nOpen mic name listing from 6.30pm \nEvent begins with guest poet at 7.00pm \nEveryone welcome.
