Her work appears in Agenda\, HU\, Blue Nib\, OHC\, Live Encounters Poetry & Writing\, Old Water Rat Publishing and Raceme and London Grip\, amongst others. Highly commended\, long-listed and given special mention in competitions including The Bridport Poetry Prize 2021\, Welsh Poetry Competition\, Gloucestershire Poetry Society Competition\, Brian Dempsey Memorial Competition\, Sentinel Literary Journal Competition\, Storytown Poetry Competition. She is anthologised\, and a regular reader for West Wilts Radio Poetry Place. DESCRIPTION:THE HUNCH – a 4 piece acoustic band singing and playing a variety of Irish\, Folk\, Americana\, Blues and Latin music with a generous dash of humour.\n\nMichael Doonan: Founder member of the legendary 70s folk-rock band Hedgehog Pie\, Michael comes from a famous Tyneside musical dynasty – his Dad\, John Doonan Snr\, was an All-Ireland piccolo champion and founding figure of the UK folk revival in the 60s.
