SUMMARY:TNL: Tir
DESCRIPTION:Tuesday Night Live: TIR \nDoors 7pm Music 7.15pm \nTìr was born out of improvisational jams in the breaks of a recording session\, but quickly evolved into a project with its own identity\, rooted in original compositions and a shared musical language. \nThe trio draws inspiration from a broad palette: the spacious Americana lyricism of Bill Frisell to the meditative textures of Nordic jazz pioneers Tord Gustavsen Trio\, Eple Trio\, and e.s.t.\, and the gentle experimentalism of modern folk and ambient traditions. Their music explores themes of home\, longing\, stillness\, and the quiet power of nature—offering listeners a space to reflect\, drift\, and settle. \nBased in Leeds\, Joe Wilkes (bass)\, Felix Bertulis-Webb (piano)\, and Eddie Bowes (drums/guitar) are long-time friends and collaborators whose musical chemistry is grounded in trust\, conversation\, and play. Melodically driven and emotionally open\, Tìr explores improvisation and musical intention\, where every note feels like part of a long\, familiar walk home. \nAdvance tickets £8/£7 concessions available from HEART reception and online \nOn the Night £10

DESCRIPTION:Tuesday Night Live: SILVERLODE with support HER ORANGE COAT \nDoors 7pm Music 7.15pm \nListen to Silverlode here \nSilverlode is a folksome indie rock band from Leeds\, England. A folk band in the broadest sense of the word; dogs of pop; self-taught musical ruffians who play to their own traditions. Reinventors of self and prone to playing their songs in a myriad of ways\, join Silverlode on their mythological journey through history\, future\, fantasy and good times via their ever-evolving music. \nRunning\, jumping\, limping\, crawling\, picking themselves up\, dusting off and pushing forward with writing\, recording and releasing songs — staying true to their steadfast DIY work ethic since around 2001 — that’s nearly twenty years of hot trouble. \nWith support from – Her Orange Coat \n  \n  \nAdvance tickets £8/£7 concessions available from HEART reception \nOn the night £10
