DESCRIPTION:Tuesday Night Live: Makk \nDoors 7.00pm Music 7.15pm \nIn 2021\, MAKK\, Yorkshire based singer-songwriter David McEvoy\, met producer and co-writer Jacob Clarke at Evoke Studio in Leeds. Over the last two years\, the duo has cultivated a distinctive Indie Dream Folk sound\, characterised by lo-fi and experimental production\, ethereal and dreamy atmospheres\, and Makk’s moody vocals paired with introspective lyrics. Their ambient and mellow sound\, with a cinematic feel\, draws influences from artists such as Bon Iver\, The Tallest Man on Earth\, Billie Martin\, Wyldest\, Flyte\, and This is The Kit. \nTransitioning from a solo performer to a full band setup\, Makk now captures the full atmosphere and nuances of his new music.
