Yoga Fundraiser for Ukraine

Join Julia Knight at Headingley Heart for a Yoga stretch and soothing Yoga Nidra fundraiser where funds raised from ticket sales will go the DEC (Disasters Emergency Committee) Ukraine Appeal, as part of HEART’s Ukrainian fundraising effort.

This soothing class will be led by Julia Knight (Senior Yoga Teacher – Yoga Alliance Professionals).

The Yoga will be focused on opening and easing around the shoulders, neck and heart area and will include breath-work to bring calm to our body/minds.

This will be followed by a Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) for a soothing deep rest.

All proceeds from ticket sales will go to DEC.
