SOUNDBITES – Monthly Poetry Open Mic Event
We’re back live in the Assembly Bar + Kitchen!
Readings by a different local published poet each month. This month we’re delighted to welcome Mandy Sutter.
Mandy Sutter went to school in Nigeria and Bromley and now lives in Ilkley. She has published three poetry pamphlets
and two novels and won The New Welsh Writing Awards 2016, with a story about her family’s time in Nigeria.
Her first novel ‘Stretching It’ was published in 2016, followed by ‘Bushmeat’, a collection of short stories, in 2017.
Mandy has been published in various publications (The Rialto, Stand, and The North magazines),
