Readings by a different local published poet each month. This month we’re delighted to welcome PETER OKONKWO
Peter is a poet, journalist interviewer, fatalist, literary critic, violinist, creative founder, editor, photographer/videographer, musician, publisher, soon–to–be novelist of Etean’s Destiny.
He is the author of seven poetry collections: Ecstasy of the Dead (2020), Fate, In the Dungeon of Doom (2021), Whose Fault, Kismet or Impediment (2021), and the Escape from the Unseen Dungeons book series.
His works have been reviewed to critical acclaim (locally and internationally) and featured in notable literary magazines, newspapers, and TV stations, including the Australian Plumwood Mountain Journal, The Lagos Review, Writers Space Africa, The Nigeria Review, The Journal of African Youth Literature, among others.
Peter is also the founder of the Akure Book Club, a co-founder of the West Yorkshire Inked Literary Collectives, and an active member of the Royal Society of Literature.
