London-based trumpeter and arranger Matt Roberts leads an all-star quintet playing the repertoire of Miles Davis from the 1950’s. Beginning with his last records on the prestige label: Workin’, Cookin’, Steamin’ and Relaxin’, the evening will also include compositions from the albums ‘Round About Midnight (1957), Milestones (1958) and Kind of Blue (1959).

N.B. This gig will be celebrating the life of Gwen Hanson whose support for live jazz was incomparable.
