Fishing 4 Compliments are a Huddersfield-based indie-folk band who have been bringing their quirky, uplifting sounds to live music venues, pubs and festivals across the North of England and beyond for over a decade.

The band formed around lead singer-songwriter’s Eileen’s emotive & enigmatic songs with all members sharing a passion for developing and creating their own distinctive, harmony focused sound emerging through the eclectic mix of influences on which they draw. They have been described as specialising in catchy, hook-laden folk-pop songs and bring uplifting vibes with them wherever they go.
