On February 10th at the HEART centre in Headingley, the rats will descend for a valentine’s special showing of Fallen Angels.

An absolute gem that we all love, equal parts crime noir, drama, comedy, romance? If Chungking Express is Hong Kong in the day, Fallen Angels is its nocturnal twin. Late nights in neon lit alleys picking which Doritos to eat as you stay awake doing nothing, sex dolls and ice cream vans and gun fights and motorbikes. It’s sexy, mischievous and quite lonely. It’s a really great film.
